A team pedalling along alpine paths, a hut stop for the Valais platter, the aperitif on a terrace to finish. Everything is organised by guides born in Verbier, and on e-bikes everyone rides together.

Alpine pastures in bloom in June, golden larches in October, a quiet resort and the trails to yourselves: the season lasts six months. Time to get your team out.

How the day goes
No fixed times: we adapt to your team. Usually 2 to 3 groups by level and 3 different tours, and everyone meets at the table.

Welcome and set-up
Coffee in Verbier, e-bikes adjusted to your size, a ten-minute briefing.

2 to 3 groups, 3 tours
Each group rides with its guide on a tour at its level: easy, intermediate or sporty. Nobody races, nobody waits.

Mountain lunch
Everyone meets at a hut or restaurant: Valais platter, Bagnes cheese, a terrace facing the peaks.

Local aperitif
Valais wine, dried meat, rye bread. We take care of the bikes, you enjoy.

Half day or full day, on request
We adapt the outing to your schedule and your team. Tell us the date and the number of people, we send you a proposal. Reference points: decreasing guide rate, e-bike CHF 125 per person and per day, helmet included.

FAQ: team building in Verbier
When can we organise a corporate outing?
From May to October. May, June, September and October are our favourite months: a quiet resort, the trails to yourselves, alpine pastures in bloom in spring and golden larches in autumn. July and August work too, with every lift open.
Is a good level of mountain biking required to take part?
Not at all. The outings are open to all levels, beginners included. Thanks to e-bikes, everyone goes at their own pace, with no pressure. The goal is to share a friendly moment out in nature, not to race.
How much does a team building day in Verbier cost?
On quote, depending on group size, duration and options. As a reference: the guide rate decreases with group size (from CHF 320 for a half day solo down to CHF 80 per person from 6 riders), the e-bike costs CHF 125 per person and per day, helmet included, and lunch depends on the restaurant. Send us your team size and date: reply within 24 hours.
Do you provide e-bikes and the necessary equipment?
Yes. We book quality e-bikes for you with our local partners, adjusted to each participant. Helmets are provided, other protection can be on request. You simply come with suitable outdoor clothing, we take care of the rest.
Do you offer all-inclusive packages with meals and activities?
Yes, we design turnkey packages: aperitifs on a terrace, mountain lunches, local produce tastings or side activities such as tandem paragliding with FlyVerbier. Every outing is designed as a complete, tailor-made experience.
Is it possible to arrange an outing for a large group?
Absolutely. We host groups of all sizes, including 20 people or more. The logistics are adapted to ensure comfort, safety and flow, with several guides and sub-groups by level when needed.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to three weeks are usually enough for the e-bikes and the restaurant. More for large groups and high season, July to September. Last minute? Ask, we will check.
How is the coordination with our company managed?
A single point of contact is assigned to your company to make sharing information and handling the details easy. We stay available and responsive at every step, so everything runs smoothly.
Can we come by train?
Yes. Train to Le Châble, then the gondola up to Verbier in ten minutes. We wait for you at the top with the bikes ready. The day can also start from Le Châble. From 27 April to 22 May and in late October, a bus replaces the gondola.
Is the outing still on in case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, several options are considered: adapting the route, changing the date, or switching to an alternative activity. Our priority remains the safety and enjoyment of every participant.
What should we bring?
Sports clothes, closed trainers, a windproof jacket, sunglasses and sunscreen. The helmet comes with the bike. We take care of the rest.
Do you run outings in English or German?
Yes. We speak English, French, German and Spanish: a mixed team rides with a single guide.
